Recreation

Alton Park is located on Alton Parkway between San Rita and Mallorca. This is a two acre park located off of Alton Parkway which has a half court basketball court, picnic tables, barbecues, a tot lot and a greenbelt area.

Foothill Ranch Community Park is located at the corner of Rue de Valore and Lake Forest Drive. It is open from Sunrise to Sunset. This park is approximately 16 acres and has two baseball diamonds with two soccer fields overlaid, a sitting area to watch the baseball games, a meandering trail throughout, picnic benches with barbeques, two sand volleyball courts, a roller hockey court, two tennis courts, two tot lots (one for small children and one for larger children), a restroom facility and a parking lot.

Borrego Park is located on the corner of Cabriole and Torino and is open from Sunrise to Sunset. Borrego Park is approximately 12 acres. There is a parking lot, restroom facilities, drinking fountain, tot lot, picnic benches, barbeques, one ball diamond with one soccer field overlaid, a full court basketball court and a winding trail throughout. There is also a sidewalk at the back of this park that leads down to the Ralph’s shopping center in Portola Parkway. This sidewalk connects to the Whiting Ranch Wilderness Park. The Foothill Ranch Maintenance Corporation presents it's "Annual Movie Night In The Park", held at Borrego Park. This event is sponsored and coordinated by Merit Property Management Inc.

Borrego Overlook Park is located on Viaggio Lane off of Rue de Fortuna and is open from Sunrise to Sunset. This park is approximately two acres and consists of a turf area, a winding trail with picnic benches and barbeques, a tot lot and a gazebo covered sitting area. There is a trail that leads down from the park to a street called Esternay.
